Maximum occupancy:  6.  For your comfort, no smoking and no pets. 

CHECK IN: 3:00pm MT   CHECK OUT: 11:00am MT.  Call us to arrange for other times.

CANCELLATIONS: For Weekends or Special Occasions dates, cancellations require 14 days' notice for full refund.  Cancellations made inside two weeks will not be refunded, but you may choose another date for your stay, subject to availability.

Rally Reservations are held with 100% down, not subject to cancellation.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT is held by credit card until the home has been inspected and cleaned.  Additional charges might include, but are not limited to, damage to structure, furnishings, appliances, linens; missing items; extraordinary clean up.
